Role Description

We’re looking for a Depot Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dukinfield and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Depot Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workshop delivers top-notch service, meets performance targets, and exceeds customer expectations.
Duties:
• Creating and updating job cards with precision and speed
• Logging fitter job times from clock cards to keep everything on track
• Booking out parts accurately and returning unused items promptly
• Processing purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicating with customers to schedule work and provide updates
• Handling queries and calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Supporting the team with estimates and authorisations when needed
Required Certification & Experience:
• Previous experience in a workshop or depot environment is a big plus
• A keen eye for detail and a love for keeping things organised
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
